As our Chief of Staff, you’re the steady hand that keeps the internal rhythm of the firm moving in harmony. You’ll serve as the connective tissue between people, priorities, and processes—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and that the right conversations happen at the right time. From project momentum to team collaboration, you’ll be the quiet force helping keep everything aligned and flowing. Whether it’s supporting internal operations, maintaining a culture of clarity and follow-through, or elevating the experience of our clients and collaborators, your presence will bring structure, consistency, and thoughtful leadership behind the scenes.
