- You’ve led multiple architecture projects across multifamily or commercial sectors
- You’re technically sharp and detail-oriented, but still love a great design conversation
- You understand how to move a project through SD, DD, CDs, and CA with clarity and intention
- You thrive in collaborative environments and know how to manage a consultant team
- You’re comfortable speaking with clients and leading internal meetings
- You care about delivering great work and growing the people around you
What You’ll Do:
As our Level III Architect, you’ll lead full-scope architectural projects from kickoff to closeout. You’ll manage internal production, coordinate with consultants, and maintain client relationships. Your role bridges design vision with construction realities—and you’ll help ensure the final result is something we’re proud to put our name on. You’ll also serve as a mentor and resource to younger staff, helping them navigate complex details, refine their documentation, and grow into stronger contributors.
